Apply as an Audio Artist

A game without music isn't much of a game at all, so I am quite in need in someone skilled in making music and such. As such, it's pretty likely that if you fill out this form, you will be on the team. However, I would still like to ask you to fill it out. Basically all you have to do is provide me with a sample of your work, leave me your contact information and tell me when you are available in the target period (July 9 - July 31). The form has enough information that you should be able to fill it in without any problems.

Once I have received your application, I will reply as soon as I can. It may not be before next weekend that I will, though.

Tell us when in Phase I (July 9 - July 31) you are and aren't available to work on this project. Include how much time you are willing to spend on the project in that period. Also briefly mention whether or not you will be able to do things before or after that time.
Upload something that shows off your work. Note that it has to be a mp3 and can be 2 MB max, so provide it in a proper format and size. If you think this cramps your ability, tell us in the comments field below - we'll get back to you later in the process and provide you with a way to supply us with another sample.
Provide a link to an existing Flash with music by you, if there is such a thing.
